We currently deliver across Lagos and its surrounding areas. Whether you’re ordering a hamper for yourself, your loved ones, or your office, our team ensures that your package reaches its destination promptly.
Delivery Fees
Standard Delivery: For orders within Lagos mainland and island, our delivery fee is calculated based on the distance and the hamper size.
Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over N30,000 (on each hamper).
For locations outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us to discuss special delivery arrangements.
Delivery Timelines
We understand the importance of timely deliveries, especially for special occasions. Here’s what you can expect:
Standard Orders: Deliveries are typically made within 48 hours of payment confirmation of your order.
Christmas Orders: Deliveries are typically made within 48 hours of payment confirmation of your order but can extend to a maximum of 72 hours depending on logistics.
Express Delivery: For urgent deliveries, this attracts a separate delivery fee of N10,000 and delivery is subject to location and traffic situation
Scheduled Deliveries: Planning for a specific date? You can schedule your delivery up to 30 days in advance to ensure it arrives exactly when needed.
Grocery Shopping & Custom Orders
In addition to our hampers, we also offer grocery shopping services. Simply provide your list and budget, and we’ll handle the rest. For custom hampers in the “My Choice” category, please allow an additional 1-2 days for preparation.
Important Notes
- Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided is accurate and accessible. Kindly provide possible landmarks in the order note at checkout, to ease delivery. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will contact you to arrange a second attempt. Additional fees are charged for wrong addresses and avoidable delays in delivery
