By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any additional guidelines and future modifications. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Products and Services
We offer hampers and gifts for various occasions, with a minimum budget starting at N20,000.
Customers can choose from our categories:“Regular” (everyday hamper solution) to “Christmas” (one of the seasonal solutions).
We also offer grocery shopping services based on customer-provided lists and budgets.
4. Order Placement
All orders must be placed through our website.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the order process is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if items are unavailable.
Hamper contents are also subject to availability and can be replaced with available similar items.
Hamper images/pictures do not show the exact or hamper content. They only give an idea of the hamper package. Hamper contents are well listed for each hamper of choice
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Paypal and bank transfers.
Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes. However, product prices are available in Euros, Dollars and Pounds for customers who choose to pay in those currencies
6. Delivery Policy
We deliver hampers and groceries to locations within Lagos and surrounding areas.
Delivery timelines are typically a maximum of 72 hours. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Already delivered hampers cannot be returned neither can they be refunded
Customized orders (“My Choice” hampers) are non-refundable once preparation begins.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items are defective or damaged and detected at the point of delivery.
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. And the hamper must still be as intact as it was delivered.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Limitation of Liability
365DaysHampers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
